K&A Vehicle and Home Detailing

I don't usually leave online reviews, but local friends beware of K&A Vehicle and Home Detailing!!! I do not want anyone to get taken advantage of by this company. DO NOT hire them. We were just trying to "spread the love" and try a new small business. It's small businesses like this one, that makes a bad name for so many others. I would give "0" stars if I could!!!! I hired K&A for a cleaning of a vacant home (no furniture or decor to clean around). It had just been remodeled. She asked for a deposit to schedule the appointment, which I paid right away. We had already done some of the big cleaning (all construction debris cleaned up); just wanted her to do a good final clean. All the appliances were new except the cooktop, so she didn't need to do any of the new ones. I specifically (in writing) asked her to clean the windows. She stated it was $2 extra per window. Then when she arrived (3 days after originally agreed), she said it was $3 per window and wanted to be paid up front in full!!! I reluctantly paid it (knowing how hard it is to get paid sometimes), including the extra for the windows. She was in and out of the 3 level home in 2 hours. The windows had not been touched!!!!! The cooktop had not been touched! The bathroom floors, not touched!!! So, so very disappointed. I told her my concerns and she offered NO REMEDY, NO REFUND, and got an attitude!!! Everyone that saw it said the same thing... it looked like she did NOTHING!!!! I recommend, DO NOT USE K&A!!!! I posted an online review on fb (where I found her) and it was taken down and I was blocked. Then she started texting me just before midnight, threatening legal action and yet STILL giving excuses as to why the job was so poor. Then she said the stove costs extra, even though it clearly states on her website that it is included (inside and out). I have plenty of photos to share of the condition she left the home.
