A great experience. It was hard to find someone willing to take such a small job, who knew how to do the variety of things I needed done, who could get to the work in a timely manner, and who didn't want to charge a big job price for my little job. Happy was a real lifesaver. Since he doesn't do painting, he recommended a painter who came a day after the repairs were completed and did the little bit of painting that was needed. Beautiful work all round. Just what I needed as I put my house up for sale.

I'll be back to add to this review once the job is completed, but I just wanted to let other folks know about a great handyman/builder. In addition to the work he does and does well, Hap will recommend other professionals for jobs he feels could be done better by someone else. I'll write a review on the painter he recommended after the first of the year.
Anyway, not only did Hap recommended a painter he had used in the past, he came to my house to introduce the painter to me and to show him the issues I'd gone over with Hap when he was her the prior week to look at the porch.
