Good mid road estimate.  Workers showed up on time.  Work was done in two days.  No trash or debris was left on property.  Workers treated me in a professional manner.  Very satified.  A small leak did show up this morning after ice storm.  Called in the morning and guys showed up midafternoon and took care of the problem.  Class operation all the way around!!

Because of Hurricane Sandy dropping a tree on the corner of our house, Davis Construction estimated and repaired the damage outside and inside.  Since the Hurricane was in Oct., repairs weren't started until April because of the winter weather.  They were a small but efficient crew completing the work within a week.  Since repairs were started 6+ months after the storm, some of the projected work was not necessary, and we were able to lower the price.
One of the most impressive moments, was when Mr. Davis went to "bat" with our insurance adjuster insisting that since he, the adjuster, was not familiar with mountain living and therefore unfamiliar with costs for certain repairs, etc.  The adjuster finally relented and we were able to receive more money from the insurance company for our repairs.  We really appreciated his support and dedication to getting us the money we were entitled to.
We will definitely be using Davis Construction for more to-do things around the house.

Everything about this was pleasant and easy for us. Larry was prompt, responsive and did excellent work. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.
