Robert said he'd be here at 2pm and was. Professional in appearance and manner. Work was performed without delay, issues found documented with photographs. The liner/cap was installed in 2/2010 and found to have been installed incorrectly causing a build up of creosote at the liner termination. I have contacted the original installer who have not returned my call at this writing. If they do not I will certainly use Ash Buster's to affect repairs. Very reasonable estimate to make repairs.
I will definitely use Ash Busters for my twice yearly inspections and any emergencies. Very happy to have found a good solid local tradesman to maintain my chimney and wood stove.
