Well, it shut off again, and Andy came back out and got it going again. He didn't charge me for the second trip because the issue had not been resolved. It happened a third time in two weeks, and they came again and cleaned some parts.
So far, so good. Everything is working fine, and I'm especially grateful since it's been so cold.
As a small business owner myself, I know the importance of responding to customer/client needs, and I could not be more impressed with the way my furnace problem was handled...the professionalism, the technical knowledge, the courtesy.
They first helped me out a couple years ago, and I didn't even think twice before I reached for the Arctic Air phone number when I had another furnace problem.

During a heat wave my outdoor air conditioning unit broke down and I called Arctic Air for service. This was one of the hottest days of the year and I expected them to be very busy and they were. I was very pleasantly surprised that they were able to work me in and showed up within two hours to service the unit. They arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, set right to work and had the unit repaired in about 15 minutes. I've used this company before and have been very satisfied with their management and staff. They are honest, professional and stand behind their work. I will continue to use them for all my heating and air conditioning needs.
