K And K Remodeling

We are very happy with the quality work done by K and K Remodeling.  They have provided excellent quality work at a very reasonable price it felt like we were taking advantage of them.   We had hardwood floors installed two and a half years ago by them and recently contacted them again to have an entire basement bedroom built.    For a small four man company they operate like a much larger company.  K and K got the required permits and inspections done as per Virginia state and county ordinances.  They started early in the morning but built the walls, hung the drywall, installed the flooring, painted and hung double doors all in only three days.   They also subcontracted the electrician to do all the electrical work and the plumber to install the small corner sink in the room. We were very grateful for not having to do these things ourselves.
