Xtra Clean

We were long overdue for the house to be pressure washed. They were careful in cleaning the house - by watching where the hose was in relation to our gardens. They use various non-toxic cleaners - and did an excellent job!

They had a special going on where it was full price for the first year and discounted after that for the year. The first time I think it was around $125 to clean my great room. They come out, look at your carpets, and give you a price before they start. They use the old school rotary brush cleaners, not the steam cleaners. He then dries your carpets. You can move stuff back on it in 4-6 hours. The carpets are fluffed. They look really nice. They do a great job.

Power-Washing: I called for an appointment and Xtra Clean was able to fit me in within a few days. On the day of my appointment the technician was prompt and professional. When he arrived, he reviewed the job (power-washing my house) with me so there was no misunderstanding the task. I wanted to ensure that my plants around the house wouldn't be harmed by the solution he was using. He assured me that it would not damage my plants. He moved potted plants in the front of the house so he could complete the work, and moved the plants back when he was done. He did a great job!
