Ultimate Lawn & Landscape Inc

In essence, this was an absolute hack job that is not nearly the level of quality of service I would expect from anyone in the lawn & landscape business.  They mowed the grass down to 2" after letting a nearly a week elapsed between when I was told the lawn would be mowed and when it was actually mowed.  The grass clippings are throughout the yard in great mounds.  In addition, their equipment gouged parts of my lawn leaving tracks of exposed soil.  The "edging" the crew provided essentially buzzed the grass down to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch exposing mainly dirt along the flower beds.  As a result of the edging performed, a ridiculous amount of mulch was thrown into the yard around the flower beds.  The appearance around my landscaping looks more brown than green from all the mulch thrown into the grass.   Ultimate Lawn & Landscape Inc. did not pull one weed from my flower beds as required by the contract (i.e. what I'm paying for).  Lastly, Ultimate Lawn & Landscape Inc. has been completely unresponsive to my complaints sent via email and through numerous calls to the office.  The company is so unresponsive, I can't get a hold of anyone to close out my account regardless of the time of day or the number of voice and email messages I leave.  Truly a horrible experience in that their "service" left my yard looking worse and they won't return my messages.

We have a yearly contract with them. We will absolutely continue to use them.

The owner's name is Rick. We've used them for a couple of years and they are really good. We pay them about $1,200 a year and the price is good. They are very responsive. They will switch the dates to come if we need them to for a party or special event. They try to accommodate us with any mulching or last minute plantings. They have good prices and they are really responsive. We have recommended them to several of our neighbors. We will definitely continue to use them.
