NEVER work with these people. If you can RUN in the opposite direction. Even if they aren't your realtor, if they are the seller's agent, don't even get out of the car to look at the house.
They are unresponsive, create delays and have jeopardized our closing by failing to provide HOA docs and documentation concerning the taxes being paid on an REO (bank owned) property. Our title company even got a waiver for the 48 hour review and still NOTHING. We have to wait 11 more days to close after a 45 day closing window already. All because they can't or won't send documents in a timely manner.
