Chad and his crew did a fantastic job! Definitely recommend. Chad was responsive and easy to work with and took care of everything from calling Ms. Utility to making sure everything was cleaned up.

Chad and crew were great! Called on July 4th because one tree split in half due to rot and was resting against the house. Chad called back an hour later and said he would come out on July 5th as an emergency. Fast, professional and very nice. Just took down the second tree today and ground both stumps. Cleaned up the yard very well.

Two huge oak trees and one very tall poplar tree threatened our house and two utility buildings, all in close proximity. After contacting Top Notch Tree Service, owner Chad Kearns presented us with a very fair price compared to other estimates we received from other companies. On our scheduled work date, we watched in amazement as Chad showed up on time with a convoy of trucks and a crew of skilled tree cutters. Work started immediately and his team worked tirelessly, efficiently and professionally all day long. No kidding, this tight-knit team turned tree cutting into an art form! Throughout the day, we watched with excitement as boom operators and riggers moved from tree to tree, fastening ropes to ensure safe removal of incredibly high trunks and branches. Tree cutters and climbers skillfully used chain saws to complete taking the trees down, with grounds men supporting their every move. They all clearly understood their roles and executed flawlessly. It was evident that this team really enjoyed working together. Trees down, the team removed all debris, completely ground the stumps and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Very impressive! Top Notch epitomizes truly exceptional service! We definitely plan to employ them again.

From the day I met Chad to get an estimate on removing a very large tree very close to our house, I was impressed with his professionalism. He very readily provided insurance certification, and we agreed on a fair charge for the job. On the day of the job, Chad and his Top Notch crew arrived on time and wasted no time. The tree was efficiently dismantled with no harm to the property, and all debris was removed from the premises. I would highly recommend Top Notch to anyone needing tree work done well at a fair price.

Chad Kearns and his crew at Top Notch Tree Service are consummate professionals. We just had what I a consider a huge job done for us in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and I could not be more pleased. They took a tall tree down, trimmed an Oak that is much older than me (I'm 58), and removed 5 boxwood bushes and 2 Holly bushes from the front yard. They were quick and efficient, and did not waste any time. They did an incredibly excellent job and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree trimming or tree removal. They are #1 in my book.

I couldn’t be happier! Chad Kearns, the owner, was here most of the day with his crew but to be honest his crew is so well trained that he had little to do. His crew wants to please the customer and are perfectionists. One man spent at least an hour making certain the top of the hedge they cut was flat and even. When they were finished cutting, they cleaned up everything in the yard. It looks better than before they got here. I used Top Notch once before and was happy with that job too. Considering the amount of time and effort they put into this job, they charged a fair price. Top Notch will be the only one I call for any future work.

The team showed up on time, worked neatly and safely. They cut down all trees day 1 then returned for a second day to grind all stumps. Everything was completed in great fashion, and even left the mulch in the flower beds from the stumps. They initially had to remove part of my fence to get to their work truck to haul away tree parts, but put it all back together once finished Chad, the owner is very personable and can tell his has a great crew to support him

This is the second time I have used Chad and his team. They provide quality service and are extremely professional. Upon getting an estimate to remove 8 large trees from around my home, Chad called me the next day saying he could start work immediately. Arriving promptly the next morning, we reviewed the work to be done and I went off to work. Arriving home, they were just finishing up and were clearing away all the debris. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Called for an estimate and Chad came out the same day. Less than a week later the trees were gone and the stumps were ground. This company offered the best price and the crew was phenomenal. They were punctual, worked methodically, and cleaned up after themselves. It was almost as if he trees were never there. Great job!

This was not an emergency so they didn't get here until the end of the day. We negotiated a price and they worked quickly and safely and got the job done. They communicated with me a lot better than many tree services do.

The owner responded and did the work on a short notice and did a nice job.

Overall it went well. There was a delay in removing the stumps waiting for Miss Utility to mark my yard.

The storms that passed through last Saturday ripped down a very large chunk of the tree in my front yard. I called All Top Notch Tree Services on Monday and spoke to Chad. I would say that within 3 hours the problem was resolved. He actually had his team stop what they were doing to help me. The clean up was so thorough you wouldn't know it even happened. The price was awesome! I expected to have to pay hundreds more for such a short notice job. I will definitely be doing business with this company in the future!

I thought the price was too high. He does what he says. They did a really good job of cleaning up.

Chad and his 6 man crew did an excellent job in cutting down several dead trees and grinding the stumps. They knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. They were very hard working and left the area spotless clean. I am referring them to my neighbors and I would hire them again. An A plus team!

Chad and his crew were very professional and provided outstanding service. They had to take down the trees with a shed, fence and house to consider. His crew also identified another tree which was compromised and quickly took care of it. Chad was very safety conscious for his employees which was very impressive.

I am very happy with the job Chad and his crew did removing trees from my property. I inially found Top Notch Tree service while pricing out different companies to get one dangerous tree removed. They happened to give me the lowest estimate. They removed it in a quick professional manner and grinded the stump. You can't tell a tree ever stood there. So when it came time for a few more trees to be removed, I called Chad. I am happy to say that I am pleased again.

Very happy with how everything looks. They did a good job of cleaning everything up, and were very proficient with their system of operation.

Chad and his team arrived early in the morning and worked until after sunset to finish the job.  They performed all work according to the contract.  We were very impressed by their professionalism.  Overall, an excellent job.  We highly recommend and will use again in the future.
