The tile work was decent. The Carpeting turned out terrible. I call the office while they were working and let them know that they were not getting the Carpeting cleaned, I was told to let them finish and it would improve after it dryed. Will it dryed and looks terrible. I reached out for a resolution and the manager came back out and was not able to improve on the work. I asked for a refund on 3 of the rooms I was offered a $75 gift certificate and then a $100 gift certificate. I asked that they come back out and redo my Master Bedroom, I was then informed that their "MINIMUM" is $125. So their "Gift Certificate" for a BAD JOB, won't even pay for one room. Save your money. Stanley Steamer does poor work and their guarantee isn't worth the paper it's on.

It went very well. The vendor had an immediate opening and was very punctual. The cleaning was very thorough and the rug and sofa looked and smelled much better. In fact, the vendor's cleaning method was so effective we agreed to have a second rug cleaned while the vendor was here.

We thought OK - then we went to turn ceiling fan on as they suggested -- my socks & feet were totally soaked. And don't let them convince you they got any stains out - stains look gone when the carpets are wet - when they finally dry they are still there, only smeared. This is not a STEAM CLEANING PROCESS - In an out in 15 minutes - they pride themselves on "QUICK" cleaning. Run -- do not walk -- away from this company. You can do a better job on your own.

TERRIBLE.....left a huge stain

Pricing structure was confusing, although the person I spoke with when scheduling was very helpful, and managed to save me some money. If I had gone with their advertised special from Angie's List (which was what led me to call them) and then added the cost to clean the stairs, it would have been more expensive than the option I ultimately selected.
The two technicians were very prompt, and courteous. In general, they did an adequate job everywhere except the stairs. After they left and I checked the various areas, the creases in the stairs had embedded dirt that I had to brush away on my own. Had they taken a little extra time and made the effort, they could have done much better on the stairs.

First they did not show up so I called the company. You can't get through to the local office so they called the dispatcher who said that they were on the way. Three hours later they showed up.
I asked him for a formal quote and it took multiple attempts and I never got an answer other than 50 cents a foot. They didn't seem to have a way to measure the floor. I told him to count the floor tiles as they are one foot tiles. Then I asked him why the price went up since I was quoted a lower price per foot and he did not have an answer. Well I needed it done, so I showed him the floor.
I showed them where we had cleaned part of the floor and it was hard work, so we wanted to hire a professional. I asked numerous times what the final result would look like and could not get an answer other than they would clean it. Finally they said that they would do a section to show me. I told them to do a section near where we had cleaned. When he completed, I had a flood of water on the floor and the grout looked very splotchy and not near being clean. He said that was the best he could do. So after being 3 hours late and not doing a good job, I asked him to leave. Then he proceeds to ask me if I want him to stain the grout as it will hide the dirt. I told him I wouldn't stain the gout until it was clean and he did not clean it.
Needless to say, they wasted most of a day for me and now I need to find a different floor cleaning company.

They were great! They did quick and efficient work.

My experience with them was much better than the previous one.  They had challenges in getting the carpet cleaned.  They did a good job with the cleaning and they were on time.  They were responsive, professional and reasonably priced.

It was fast and convenient but it was an empty home. They were friendly and were quick.

They were timely. The two technicians that came to my home knew exactly what to do. They were very neat about going about the house because they had a lot of things that they had to clean. They knew what they were doing. They used good product. As a matter of fact, I called the Stanley Steemer manager and told them how knowledgeable and how I pleased I was with their service.

They were great. I had an excellent experience. They were professional. I most certainly will use them again in the future. 

They always do a good job. I did not speak to them I just went down and paid them. They cleaned an apartment for a man, I saw them and they were leaving. I just went down and paid them. They just clean the carpet and it was always okay. The price was great.
