deck cleaning
 + -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS AVERAGE, BUT HAS WORSENED OVER TIME SINCE WHATEVER 'SEALANT' WAS APPLIED DID NOTHING TO KEEP THE DECK FROM TURNING GREEN AGAIN AFTER ABOUT 6-7 MONTHS. OTHER REPAIR WORK WAS DECENT, BUT NOT OUTSTANDING.
Description of Work: PRESSURE WASHED MOLD OFF OF UPPER AND LOWER DECK (MY HOME IN FALLS CHURCH, VA). APPLIED SEALANT. SANDED RAILING ON THE UPPER DECK. RESET POST BOLT ON SAME RAILING. RESET CRACKED FRAMING BOARD.
