I am pleased with the quality of the sliding glass shower doors we purchased. However, the initial installation was not satisfactory (but has since been corrected). The doors did not hang vertically and their vertical edges were very noticeably out of alignment. The installers said that that was due to the sides of the shower not being exactly parallel. That’s true of course; ask any finish carpenter, cabinet installer or remodeler. Plumb, straight walls and square corners are the exception, not the rule. The object is to adjust and compensate for this to achieve the best fit, appearance and function. (By the way, the original sliding doors that I replaced did not have this misalignment problem.) Shower Doors and More did come back and re-do the installation with a new door cut to minimize the alignment problems and some further adjustments, but ideally this problem should have been caught and fixed before the initial installation.

The company was very nice and professional. They did an outstanding job and called back after installing to ask if we had any concerns. They came in and removed the old shower enclosure and hauled it away, and installed a new glass enclosed shower which looked much better. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and the pricing was extremely reasonable. I certainly would use them again and feel they are not only a good value but are a locally owned company that cares about their customer service--- you don't always get that in a contractor.. Overall, I give them an A+
