About us
ABOUT US Shaun Dean Home Improvements, LLC started out with small scale home improvements projects with Residential clients and began to serve local Real Estate Property Managements companies and investment firms for larger projects with more volume covering Prince William County, Manassas City, Springfield, Alexandria and Arlington locations . We have a staff of 10 employees on board ready to start the projects and provide timely and professionally finished projects to our customers. We are also collaborating with many other local subcontractors for the projects if we need back up to ensure timely completion of our projects. We require a 50% initial deposit for most of the small projects and 33.3% for larger projects to start. We also accept credit card payments with 2.75% service charge additional. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express. We offer seasonal promotions such as Spring, Summer and Winter end or beginning specials as much as 15% depending on the size of the project
