Arrived 1:15 Jan. 4. Waiting area had few customers so I expected fairly rapid service. Was told car was a week beyond 3 year warranty. Decided to wait for service. Around 3:45 was told tires were inflated, but engine light would require repair of gas filler tube at cost of $167. Work was completed around 4:45. They did not even wash the road salt off my car.

Received a call around 12:30 p.m. indicating that it was the rotor on the right rear break had been damaged causing the grinding sound. So, I needed break job on the other three wheels and replace rotor on one. While replacing the rotor, the caliper was damaged while trying to take off the rotor. I was told a bolt connecting the caliper to the rotor had fused, requiring replacement of the caliper which had to be ordered via a message left at about 5:30 p.m. Returned the call in 15 minutes, but the service person had gone for the day. (Note: this is a 1999 Lexus RX 300 with 190,000 miles.) Okay, chalk it up to bad timing. They finished the car by 1 p.m. on Monday. However, here is where the screw ups really started to tally up. 1) Never gave me an estimate on the repair. 2) Replaced a light bulb that I did not authorize to be replaced. And, missed the other light bulb that was out. Made me think they replaced the wrong light bulb. I can buy a light bulb on partstrain.com for $8 + 7 dollars shipping. And, do it myself. 3) I had left coupons which would have given me about $100 in credit. These amazingly got lost. Called back and was told, that there were some other things that needed to be done, bring in another set of coupons and I would receive credit for the previous and the previous job and coupons and the new coupons and work. I have a regular set of mechanics I use in town. But, they only work week days, and are often backed up. As a result, I only use Rosner when I have too, such as emergency repair, recall notices, or when I have only a Saturday to drop the car. I have a love hate relationship with Rosner. I love the fact they are open on Saturdays, I love the quality of their work, I love the convenience. I love their courteousness. I hate the prices, I hate work done without my permission. I hate it when they tell me they can only use Lexus parts. I hate the up selling. I hate the list they give me of all the things that need to be done to my car and try to schedule the next appointment. It is a 1999 with 190.000 miles on life support. Not a 2013 Ferrari.

I had an appointment, I was seen on time. I did not wait but took the shuttle back home, and the shuttle picked me up when they were finished. I waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle to take me home in a very comfortable, beautiful waiting area:coffee, couches, fireplace,tables/chairs,TV. One woman who was waiting brought materials to make her Christmas cards while she was waiting-there was plenty of room and next time I think I will bring supplies to get caught up on some of my projects - no distractions!

I have had no problems. I was impressed with the trade-in price I received, and found their purchase prices great. They treated me like a special person and attended to my needs immediately. I feel like a valued customer with them. My salesman was Rick and he treated me very well. The manager Mick was also very helpful. They are kind and always answer my questions and show me what to do. They really bend over backwards to try to please the customer. Everybody in Safford county should get there cars here because they treat you like royalty. Customer service is always very good! Great atmosphere, and it is like a big happy family!

The work was done correctly. The car was delivered on time (and it was washed). I have dealt with this Rosner for decades. They have always done a good job for me. They are committed to customer satisfaction.

They give good service. Every time we go in, no mater we do, they wash and vacuum our car before returning it to us. They offer free manicures while you are waiting to get your car serviced!

I called on the morning of May 2 and asked for an appointment. To my surprise, they were able to take me that very day. I explained to them that I had just moved to Fredericksburg so had not been to their dealership before, but they were able to pull up all the records on my 2008 Prius on their computer anyway. As soon as I arrived, I was taken care of in a very professional yet friendly manner, given an estimate of cost and told the amount of time I would take for them to perform the service. The woman who did the intake was the nicest person I had ever met at any car dealership, including sales and service, in my entire life. The service was performed and I was given a clear rundown of their findings and the final cost was exactly what they had estimated. The only downside was the size and layout of the waiting area; It was awfully cramped. Other than that one negative, my experience was a resounding and quot;A.and quot; Were it not for the waiting area, I would have easily given them an A+.

No problem setting up the appointment on line.
Brought the car in on a saturday monring. Pleasent experience of dropping the car off.
I got a phone call after the inspection that the car just needed tires and a timing chain. I chose to have the timing chain replaced but not to spend another $800 on 4 new tires and an alignment.
They called me back and said the timing chain would not have to be replaced after all. They had guessed based on mileage but when they actually observed they saw that the chain had been replaced a year earlier.
They did the routine maintenace.
After the fact I realized they did not do a good check of the car. It had multiple problems they did not identify. (broken windshield wiper motor and defroster in the rear, Broken lock on passenger door, Miss aligned rear door, missing part of roof rack rendering it unusable, Broken radio - cant change station, faded marker light needs replace for state inspection )
They did do the routine service (check and change filters, fluids, spark plugs, etc.) total cost was $760.86. There was no problem with the quality of the work they did do.
6 months later I got a second opinion on the tires from another repair shop and I do not need to replace them yet.
I don't know if Rosner Toyota has deceitful mechanics or just incompetant. Either way I will not be bringing my car there for repairs nor will I buy another Toyota since I can't trust my local dealer to give me accurate honest assesment of repairs needed..

I was very pleased with the service I received here and would be happy to buy a car from them again. The sales associate was very professional and was not pushy (which was impressive given my limited budget.) He was very patient, and initially we decided not to purchase the vehicle but the sales manager came out and just wanted to thank us for coming in. I was very impressed with their customer service. The sales associate called later and asked if I'd reconsider if they dropped the price, and I ended up buying the car. I love it, and was so pleased that the car buying process was so easy. Even financing the vehicle went very smoothly and I wasn't given all sorts of warranties to buy or crazy financing terms to negotiate. I'd buy from Rosner again if I needed to - but hopefully this car will last me a while!

This one went much better. The brakes were installed front and back. We only had to pay for the back ones due to a prearrangement for past problems on a trans fluid removal.

Visited, found the car we wanted and priced it out with all the accessories. Then went to USAA buying service got a no hassle price and quot;guaranteeand quot; ( which was below dealer invoice) (from/for three local dealers) then negotiated from there.
Still needed a little back and forth since it was an end-of-model year and I also took advantage of Rosner's $1000 rebate offer. Although mine was an all cash deal, I still was required to finance a minimum of $5K to take advantage of the offer--fine print!!!!) Paid off that BBand T note in two weeks which delayed the title. Rosner kindly reissued temporary plates while we waited.
Be aware of preprinted charges on sales contract they too can be negotiated so do require a fully fleshed out contract before you agree. BTW kudos to: New Car Sales Manager Chris is very courteous and fair. Personnel in Finance (Cindy and Jerome) were terrific.

I tool the pickp in for a safety inspection. When they pulled the rear wheel they found grease in the drum and the brake shoe saturated so the brake was useless. I guess since this one was bad they decided to pull the other rear wheel. It was the same. Due to the low mileage on the pickup I felt that the grease seals were defective parts and do not know how long they had been leaking. In addition the pickup had a definite thunk in the rear end when changing from forward to reverse or vise versa. After the axles were pulled and replaced to replace the seals the thunk disappeared. This led me to believe the initial assembly was not correct and may have been why the seals failed prematurely. I contacted Toyota service in the owners manual and explained this to them. They said since the Pickup was out of warrenty due to age (it is a 2002 with 30,000 miles on it) they would not reimburse me for any expenses. I have never had a rear axle seal go out in the 60 years I have been driving. I am not impressed with Toyota quality or their lack of willingness to uphold their reputation for quality.
I also had an issue with a 2007 Toyota Avalon with the front brake caliper freezing. This car had 39,000 on it. This was another $300+ repair that Toyota would not cover. This work was not done at Rosners but still was a premature toyota problem. All in all I am not happy with the Toyota Motor company and probably will not buy another.
I give Rosners an A except for Price which is very High. The problem is basically with the Toyota Motor Corp.

The car was done on time and correctly. They wash your car which is nice. I can't say about price because I don't know enough about car repair to say if thats fair. I have used this dealership many times and overall give them a B- for customer service. I have had great experiences and terrible ones. I think they are honest about the services that need to be performed so I keep going back but a lot of things about the customer experience could be better.
