This company had proven to me to be very trustworthy when there was hail damage in the community. Many roofs needed replacement, my immediate next door neighbors being one of them. They at the time of getting their estimate asked if I would like the man from Roof Works to look at my roof while he was there. He went up looked my roof over & informed me that my roof had not been damaged . His honesty sold me right there on his company. When we had the wind damage I called Roof Works , they came out the next day, examined my roof & I only needed a few shingles replaced. We scheduled the appointment to do so & my roof was repaired within that week. He also gave me a very fair price.

Roof Works was a pleasure to work with in a not-so-pleasant situation. After a massive storm, we needed to have our roof replaced. Roof Works was very prompt, the price was fair, and they went the extra mile for us by providing specific information requested by our insurance company. After they were done, we only found one nail in our yard, so clean-up was very thorough.

The technicians found these holes not only where we had a leak, but all over the lower edge of the roof. They patched all of the holes for their minimum charge.

The team was very responsive and showed up on time. They were able to do the work the week of Thanksgiving. Work was done in a timely fashion. They did the roof in 2 days and a few hours the morning of the 3rd day. Gutters and gutter guards were done in a half day at the end of the week by separate team. They offered Free Gutter Guards with Angie List member, so that was a plus in their favor. In general, we are please with the job and would recommend to anyone needing a roof and gutter replacement.

Of the 6 contractors I contacted via Angie's List, only 2 replied. The 1st admitted the job was too big for him, the 2nd was Roof Works of Virginia. They showed up when they said they would to walk the job down and give an estimate (which was below what I expected) and also showed up when they said to do the work. After discussing what I wanted as replacement materials, Roof Works of Virginia made several recommendations which saved me some future work (pre-finished Hardiplank, pre-delivering PVC trim so I could paint it before it was installed). Very pleased with the results, I've even asked for estimates for similar work on another sections of my house.

From consultation to completion of our new roof, we had a pleasant experience with the people of Roof Works of Virginia. Excellent - the crew was very efficient and did a great job with clean-up, despite the wind that blew stuff all over the place. The crew supervisor explained everything and did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend Roof Works of Virginia most definitely.

We have been back out to look at the items you are unhappy with. Unfortunately, you do have a couple of high rafters on the house. Scott, who is the owner has spoken to you several times about this. There is nothing in the course of the roof replacement that would have created this."

A worker came to the house to access the problem. He found it. Discussed the work that needed to be done and the approximate price. Two days later he and another man were here to do the work. They were efficient, cleaned up the bad roof section that was replaced which was around vents. We had vents in the kitchen area that he checked to make sure there was no problem there. They were fantastic.

A neighbor recommended Roof Works and after seeing good reviews on Angie's List we decided to give them a call. Excellent service all around! From initial contact over the phone, they made scheduling the estimate a breeze. Vincent showed up on time, was straightforward with the work and costs, and didn't try to sell us anything unnecessary. I wish every estimate was this painless! We accepted the offer and within a day the owner called to schedule the work. He was pleasant on the phone, we looked at the weather forecast and picked a date. Crew showed up on time and were professional. By the time I got home from work, the roof had been replaced and trash/debris picked up. It was great. Next day Vincent followed up to make sure we didn't have any questions and we settled the balance of the bill. I highly recommend Roof Works, they were great!

The 2 workers, Augustin and Hector, were on time and very pleasant to work with. After arrival at my home, they assessed the job to be performed and departed to obtain necessary materials and supplies. Upon return, they quickly and professionally went to work. Both men were so easy to work with and responded well to my comments/suggestions. The job was very well done! I cannot remember ever having a more satisfying experience with any contractor.
