"We are very sorry for the frustration caused by this experience. This is never what we want for any customer and we do our best to be responsive when issues do arise. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet with everyone involved with the project when selections were made. Based on the concerns raised on the delivery, our team agreed to provide a full refund within hours after the delivery. We are also arranging to pick up all the cabinets as well per the clients request and appreciate the cooperation to get this resolved quickly."
