Rainbow International of Fredericksburg

Referred by my insurance company for water mitigation. They were fast and on time. They removed an area rug for cleaning, 2 months later and it has yet to be returned. I've called three times and finally was told the rug was in the drying process and would be returned in 2 days. What kind of cleaning process takes 2 months? What type of customer service is this?

When trying to call to get a quote, their phone service redirects to a survey that had nothing to do with the services I was interested in. Had no intention of taking a survey in order to possibly do business with a company, consider that very unprofessional.

Estimate was for approximately twice what I was first billed, and GROSSLY overestimated as far as time and work involved.  I signed a contract with the following phrase included:#2. payment. Customer acknowledges that the current conditions present at the PROPERTY make it impossible for Rainbow International to render an accurate quotation of the cost and scope of repairs before commencing work.  However, Customere or customer's agent has received and agreed to the prices in Rainbow Internationals's guideline. One assumes that it might be more of a job than originally thought and this protects the provider, or Rainbow.  But when the job is LESS than thought it should also protect the CUUSTOMER, or me. When I brought it to the mnanger's attention that the job took HALF the time schedules, and the workmen had taken equipment and left my home after 57 minutes, I should only be billed for the time they worked, not what they estimated, or twice the amount and two hours. I called about this, and then was sent a request to pay without the problem being resolved. I did pay the whole amount and received a receipt for the whole amount with no reference to the double time estimated and billed.
