Quality and Custom Tile

Joey was responsive to my messages inquiring about using his services again. We coordinated him to start as soon as he finished the job he was working on. He had to adjust the date once or twice, but showed up on a Friday and worked through the weekend to get my job done asap. Workmanship is excellent, price is reasonable. They had to install the under tile reinforcement which made this job take longer than previous jobs he'd done for me, but as I watched the process I understood both the extra cost and time required.
I bought the tile and grout and he provided everything else. I am very pleased with the results and think it is money well spent.
His helpers were pleasant and polite and they all seemed to get along and be experienced in the trade. Will hire him again.

The experience was great. I thought their pricing was low. They came and did everything as was expected, they did an excellent job, installation was superb, communication was excellent and I ended up getting a quality product for an excellent price. There were timing issues but they were very accommodating in making sure that the project got done in the expected.

Joey and his workers were cheerful, polite, professional and consistent. The brains and skill of the operation is definitely Joey. He is a true tile setter. Nobody worked independent from his direction. He did the really tricky parts himself. They showed up each day, as planned. They called if there was a delay. There was no smoking in my house and no bad language that I was aware of. Every time they ran up against some sort of question or design issue, they consulted with us, and in some cases made suggestions that made the end product better. They could have done a little better with dust control, but that is my only suggestion.

Joey and his crew came by to install tile in my new construction home. I had 3 bathrooms, the master shower was larger than standard. The other 2 baths were pretty standard. Joey and his crew were fast and precise. They were on-time and most of all, the price was competitive. I was so happy with his work, I asked for his services again 2 weeks later to install backsplash tiles in my kitchen. Again, I was very happy of the results. I am uploading photos onto a website. As soon as I get the photos uploaded, I will update my comment with a URL. It's beautiful. I would recommend Quality & Custom Tiles to anyone I know.
