Went absolutely fantastic! We listened to her for the rate lock and got the best rate available for almost the entire year, and just before the interest rates took off higher in May and June. All of her paperwork, loan application, etc etc was spot-on and accurate with no mistakes or overlooked items. She provided an advance heads up as to paperwork we were expected to fill out, as well as when people would begin calling for verifications.. everything went perfect..
I cannot speak more highly of the Properity Mortgage Office in Fredericksburg.. (I don't know about other locations)
