Penn-Mar Floors New Showroom

This was a terrible experience.  I grew up in the area and my parents ALWAYS used Penn-Mar for all of their flooring needs so when we needed to put new flooring in our rental home I went to them without giving not a second thought.  They failed to meet our deadline and my husband had to call them many many times and left multiple messages both at the store as well as with the cell number we had been given and in most cases never got calls back.  When they finally did come to do the install the job wasn't completed (one bathroom was left out) and it took two more weeks to get them to come back and finish the job.  Some of the molding was damaged in the install as well.  It was embarrassing to us a landlords to not have the house ready for our renters when we had worked in good faith with Penn Mar and had been promised by them that the job would be completed as of a certain date.

I purchased my own materials and Penn-Mar came in and performed the work flawlessly. The entire job was professional, what I expected, and within the quoted price. Even though the materials were purchased by me from another source, Penn-Mar was outstanding. They will be my first choice for new carpet also.
