Resident had no water coming into toilet. Payne's was able to determine that a pipe behind the wall was frozen, cut drywall, thaw pipe and repair insullation.

It was great. They were on time, the worker would put booties on his shoes when he came in the house, and they stayed until the issue was resolved. They seemed to be very honest.

Excellent service from the first conversation with Sherry (sp?) the initial repair service to the final installation of our units. Very pleased with this company and have considered them my new plumbing, heating, and A/C professionals. Highly recommend them.
