Pam was excellent. Very knowledgeable and many helpful hints. Her staging was impeccable. Pick Pam and get results. The entire process was painless. Pam communicated with us and we were consulted throughout the entire process.

Words truly cannot express our heartfelt appreciation for Mrs. Haselton's helpfulness, efficiency and cooperation in helping with the purchase of our home. She is so conscientious in all aspects of the purchase (FHA loans, Styles, locations, inspections), which allowed us to get the best home for our money. Later, she followed through with all the procedures involved in closing the sale, and turned what usually is an insurmountable task into an easy accomplishment.

By the time we first met Pam in person she made us feel at ease and we bonded a friendship. With Pam's dedication, we found the perfect forever home for our family. Pam was on top on the purchase of the home, and her top notch communication skills kept us well informed the entire processes.

This review is long overdue mainly to the fact that I have been busy moving and getting things put into our new home. My wife and I started looking for a house a year ago and I will admit we had very little knowledge of what we were getting into. We didn't really know the area and were mainly looking into already urbanized areas with older homes, which this didn't really fit what we wanted. After looking on many Realestate websites I began to get swarmed with phone calls from realtors with many calling me multiple times a day. Finally I answered my phone call from one of my inquiries I had made and was happy I did. Pam showed us an area that quite literally fit all of the areas that we were looking for when buying a new home. She also negotiated heavily on our part to get us the best deal when working with a builder which practically covered our closing costs which we were not expecting to be quite so much. Throughout our building phase there were some issues that really irked me and Pam was very helpful in dealing with those issues so that we didn't have to. Builders like to take your money and do the minimal amount of effort which is frustrating when your trying to build your HOME, but she was there taking care of us throughout the process so that was very much appreciated. Apart from keeping the bank and the builder in line she also wanted to make sure that we understood everything that was involved in the buying process so that we were not clueless when certain things came up. She also helped advise us on what sort of upgrades we should do to our home to increase the value and sell potential because we are not looking at staying in this location for long so it was nice to get advice for the future as well. Overall I have no complaints, I am not an easy person to work with and Pam was exemplary. We came out of this whole process happy and a lot more knowledgable than when we started.

Process was outstanding beyond words. Ms. Pamella Hazelton went well above and beyond the call of a real estate agent. She provided outstanding detailed information in a more than satisfactorily manner, assisted us in finding the right lender and selection of neighborhood that fit our desires. Anyone who works with Ms. Hazelton will not be disappointed in the least. I can honestly say "Satisfaction Guaranteed".

Great! And when we were ready to sell that same house, we turned to Pam again. We received an offer much quicker than we had anticipated for our rural location. It's good working with Pam.

Pam was fantastic as we used her before finding our rental home. She found the home with all of our needs by the 3rd showing. Always easy to get a hold of and very knowledgeable about the area. Pam quickly sought out solutions and had plenty of trusted contacts to fix issues identified by the home inspector. I will never use another real estate agent again!!!!

Pam was amazing! I was recently stationed here in Alexandria and was trying to determine if I wanted to rent or buy and thanks to Pams help we went through all the costs of both options. We came to the conclusion that buying was better and we went to town. She nailed every single option that I wanted. I could not have asked for a better person to help me with this experience. I have been living here for 3 years and still love my house and the area.

Pam is a great real estate agent...would recommend her and I plan on using her again.  She constantly went above and beyone even to the point (after the sale) where she installed weather stripping around the front door during the blizzard since I was out of town and could not do it myself.  She listened to my needs and only showed me houses that met those needs.  She never tried to convince me to buy over my price range and she was able to show me several listings that met my needs.

We were relo'ing from NC to VA and in Temp housing trying to purchase a home quickly.
Our relocation company had referred us to two realtors, however it didn't take long for us to realize these people were in it for the quantity of clients, not quality of the ones they had.


Both of them pushing the work of research to us, sending us lists of hundreds of home, vs narrowing it down to the homes that met our description of what we like. Telling us get on the internet and call when we found something, and they would let us know what time worked well for them to show us the houses!


In our 1st contact with Pam, she described her personal experience as one who had relo'ed every few years for a long time, so she understood how hard and stressful it was to find a home that met our needs and could re-sell quickly (12-24 months), because you knew your job would move you again. 
Her empathy and understanding of the stress of finding a home and getting settled in a new city was clear! 


Her dedication to us was clearly more personal than professional.
For various reasons, we went through several homes, but either they did not comp out or the contract failed in the early stages of appraisal & home inspection.  So we couldn't get to close.


We had Pam driving from one end of Prince William County to the other (literally) and she just hung in there.  


At one point we told her that we would understand if she wanted to 'move on' as the time she was investing far out stripped what she was going to get compensated;  to which she replied -  "I have never left a client high and dry and am not about to start with you". 


It took few more weeks, and we contracted with a great homeowner, but a dishonest real estate agent who made us fearful the contract would fail yet again.  Pam spent an inordinate amount of time working with this agent, keeping our 4 week time table on track to get us to close! 


Thanks Pam for helping us with a tough Relo and landing us a very nice home. 
We will see you in a year or two when we need this home listed for sale!

Pam helped me to find a rental property when I was moving from North Carolina to Virginia. The property did work for my family and I but Pam was proactive enough to reach out to me when she learned the landlord was in the process of foreclosure. As our representative she worked with the landlord and her very difficult real estate agent to ensure we were able to make the best decisions. The final decision was to get out of the rental as quickly as possible and buy a home. Pam was extremely helpful through the entire process. She and her team made the whole process so easy I've wondered why I didn't buy a home earlier.
