This work was required because the roof was damaged during a storm. Outsiders initially provided a very reasonable bid for the shingles replacement. When the shingles were remover additional water damage was found that required extensive work to replace massive beams, under layment boards, star foam insulation, sheathing and tar paper. Sean did an excellent job coordinating directly with my insurance company so that I was appropriately compensated. The finished work was more than satisfactory.
