Olde Towne Lawn is a member of the BBB. We hold ourselves to a very high standard. Bill or myself will be working on the job site with our crew. Mowing, trimming, pruning, mulch, weeding, bed edging, bed design, aeration, leaf removal, spring and fall clean up, plowing, snow blowing, residential and commercial properties. Rich is very quick to respond and does great work. He is easy to work with and very kind. We have enjoyed having him help us keep up our dads lawn. I appreciate him so much.

Rich and Tony showed up and gave me a very reasonable quote for a lot of yard work to include the downing and removal of a huge tree that was in jeopardy of falling on our street. They returned that Saturday promptly and professionally got to work blowing vacuuming leaves, aerating and liming. Lastly they took on that huge tree. True professionals, they knocked on my neighbors doors to inform/caution them and managed traffic while the tree was downed. Once Tony took the tree down like a boss, they immediately began to clear the road for waiting traffic in less than five minutes. They even had an audience of my neighbors that later came over to look at their work and ask for their contact information. Upon completing their day, Rich informed me that he would not be collecting payment until he came back the next day to ensure the rest of the tree was removed and to blow the area around the tree one more time which speaks of his dedication and professionalism. Needles to say I am very impressed by their overall professionalism costumer service and responsiveness. Highly recommend Rich and his crew.

Very responsive with a quote, and put us into their rotation within a week. First service went great. Even moved a bunch of branches I hadn't gotten to yet to finish the job, at no extra charge.

Rich was very communicative before the job, letting me know when he thought he’d be able to do the work given weather conditions and confirmed the day before. I was unable to be there but he let me know when he was completed. I came home to find that he and his guys did a very thorough job. I will definitely be calling in the future for more landscaping work.

The weather did not cooperate for when we sceduled our first cut. After it dryed sufficiently, they arrived and did the first cut. They did a very good job and we have retained them for the season. They come every two weeks. They have their billing set up through Intuit so they send an invoice and we pay online, fast and convenient! Great job at a savings from my previous lawn guy.

Excellent service. Rich takes great pride in making sure my yard looks great, in return whenever a neighbor asks who mows my lawn I tell them "Olde Town Lawn". My neighbors who have hired Rich, are also very happy with his work.

This company is AWESOME! My husband recently went through major back surgery at Walter Reed and we had been north for a week. We came back and everything was in desperate need of lawn care and we also needed to find someone who would come weekly. I sent an email to Rich at Old Towne Lawn and within 5 MINUTES he called our house and this very afternoon they were here to get the job done. They are OUTSTANDING and very professional!! We are definitely looking forward to them coming each week to care for our lawn!! Thank you Rich!!

We have a great working relationship. We listen and take their advise into consideration in making a determination on work to be performed. They ensure that we get what we are paying for. There is always a give an take. They know that we expect the very best out of them and they have not let us down. We have good communication with one another. They are above board on what they can and cannot do. They are always willing to work on a solution to any problems that might face them. We have been very proud of the work effort they have put into our yard.

We are extremely happy. We have open communication. There is never any doubt when we are not happy with something and they will ensure that it is corrected immediately. They know what we like and look for. They provide us with concise and accurate billing for services provided. They also provide detail proposals when we ask for work outside our contract. They always check in to see when we want our spring services to start.

At first the service was great but over time they started slipping. One week they didn't even show up. Didn't call or anything. This happened again after that so I stopped using their services.

Doing business with Olde Towne Lawn was a breeze. Rich returned my initial call within a couple hours, the price was very reasonable, and I was happy to book an appointment for two days later. Rich called me prior to arriving at my home, and showed up on time. We performed a walk through together, and the work was completed in about an hour. I received my invoice via E-mail a couple hours later and paid it online (huge plus). I will end up doing business with these guys again, and would recommend them to others.
