Brian and his staff took care of my son's bike immediately and got us back on the road in about 30 minutes. Great experience! Will tell all of my riding buddies to go see Brian at Olde Towne if they need motorcycle work done.

It went very well, wasn't pressured at all, all my concerns were addressed and additional items were pointed out that would need attention in the future for my 20 + year old motorcycle.

They've done an outstanding job and are very reasonably priced. I won't take my bike back to an HD dealership after going here.

I called Brian to get an estimate on a new back tire because I felt like the Harley dealership was gouging me for the installation labor. Brian quoted me a price that was considerably more reasonable for both the tire and the installation. While we were on the phone, he asked a few probing questions to determine if I'd had any other problems that he's seen related to bikes with similar mileage and models as mine. When I delivered the bike to his shop, Brian showed me where the front tire was cupping and would eventually would need replacement. He offered to replace and install the tires for a price that was about the same total of what the local HD shop quoted me for just the rear tire. Upon removing the wheels, Brian noticed the bearings were worn out and he promptly called me to discuss my options. We agreed to replace the bearings and the bike was ready within another day or two. When I arrived to pickup the bike, Brian took the time to show me the bearings and explain the problem as well as the known issue that HD has experienced (but has never issued a recall). I felt comfortable that the work done was necessary and that Brian was honest and forthright with the necessary work. He also provided me with some options on replacing the handlebars (when I asked about it) and was creative in his approach to meet my needs in terms of ride comfort and styling. Furthermore, he dissuaded me from some features that I was considering (in replacing my handlebars and hand controls) based on the problems he's seen/experienced. I'm pleased with the experience and look forward to returning to Olde Towne for future service and maintenance. By the way, Old Towne provides military discounts.

I have had the chopper there several times now and I will continue to use Old Towne Cycle.
I can't say enough positive things about his knowledge, expertise and work ethic. I also found his hourly rate and prices to be very reasonable, especially since I have dealt with several of the local HD dealerships for years now. The biggest thing with Brian is the fact that I trust him. This goes for his honesty, mechanical knowledge/ability and business ethics.
As a matter of fact, I have the chopper there now for installation of a new compensator.
I have also recommended this shop to several other people and will continue to do so.

Heard about this shop from my boss (another Harley rider). I was experiencing some wobble in the front tire and decided to take a ride, see where he was located and get it checked out. He immediately checked it out and recommended a fork service. He (Brian) knocked it out in an hour and charged about 80 bucks. This would have taken days or longer at the local harley dealer. I went by a week or so later and wanted to add highway pegs and passenger footrests. He assisted in ordering the parts and when they came in, he gave me a call. I drove in and again, took about an hour or so and he did a fantastic job. Brian is a former mechanic from the local harley dealer and decided to go into business for himself. he's a talented mechanic and works quickly with reasonable prices. He stays busy as his shop is always full of bikes and people come by all the time to seek his advice. He's well known with the riders in the area and has a stellar reputation that I have now experienced first hand. THIS is where you want to take your bike.
