"I don't call the fans in the attic unless they are causing moisture problems. Hard to tell where fans may be vented under insulation or at the soffit. The purpose of the later code is to prevent moisture damage, so if there is none, you're OK. Check with roofers when you get a new roof to add fan vents."
"Not sure what Frank is disappointed about. There was a plumbing leak covered up by a towel but that surely meant there was a problem. We walked around together and he seemed fine with our teamwork. He seemed grateful for some problems I found on the exterior. Also there were serious problems with the HVAC."
