Mt Vernon Sleep Galleries

I had visited the Mt Vernon Sleep Galleries several times over the past few years and was pleased and impressed with their sales staff. Always friendly, and informative, they all in fact seemed to delight in sharing their knowledge of the construction of the various mattresses in their showroom. I had already decided that is where I would purchase my next mattress and that decision was only stronger after reading the two reviews of them on Angie's list. Those reviews detailed exactly the same pleasant experiences I had had with them. When I decided I needed to purchase a new mattress, I trotted on down and ended up buying the mattress I had been so impressed with on my previous visit. They delivered it the next day, and the two gentlemen that delivered it took the time to greet my little poodle. This was important because I did not want her to feel she was being punished when she had to stay in the living room, behind the puppy fence and could not help with the delivery.. They were both very professional and courteous, and were quite surprised and pleased when I told them there were such nice comments about them on Angie's list in the two reviews I had read. I have been sleeping on the new mattress for over a month now, and could not be more happy with my purchase. I was also especially surprised and pleased when I got a post card from them thanking me for my purchase.

We worked with Mike at Mt. Vernon Sleep Galleries. We made several visits, getting information, doing research, returning with follow up questions. Mike was patient with us and very informative. We eventually purchased our mattress and it was delivered the following Friday. The two gentlemen who delivered the mattress were professional and courteous the entire time they were at my home. They even asked if they should take their shoes off!!! I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door at Mt. Vernon to the moment the delivery people left my home. Best of all, we LOVE our new mattress!! Thanks Mike!!

In store experience fantastic compared to others in area. Where others were all about "buy now" and "what will it take", they were freindly and knew their stuff. Took several trips to finalize decision and never experienced the pressure to "buy now" as I did at other stores. Delivery personel called with appointment and were prompt and professional.
