They said it would take 2 weeks to get to it (during the spring when they were very busy), but had it back to me in less than 1 week.

The tires were the most expensive part of the annual tune up. The six inch or so tires were 25 each. Tune up normally runs around 85 or 90. I will admit it was a bad day for them. They were in the process of switching over to their new software, and they had someone they were training at the front desk who was completely lost and was slowing down the others with questions.
I would have rated them better, but the tires did seem pricey, and the service was not up to their usual par.
Note that this is a Stihl and Toro dealer. My last Toro lasted 15 years. I will begin my 8th season with my current lawn mower.

Morton's customer service is always excellent. I bought several chainsaws from them in the past. They're just a place to go if you got a steel. If you got any steeling equipments you go to them.
