Flooring
Chris refinished all of our wood flooring. This involved extensive sanding, wood replacement and finishing. Chris is an artist. He's been doing this work since he was a kid doing wood floors with his father who lives the northeastern US. He takes pride in his work, his attitude and his work ethic showed it. You can see his pride in the floor work, as well as accents he recommended would make the house look very nice.
Chris was great about his estimate. His estimate was actually more than what the work really cost, and was honest to lower the actual costs, when he could have easily taken the money- Chris has integrity.
Before the work started, Chris told us what the costs would be; what work he would do; what colors he would use and why, while allowing you to make the selection. Chris told you when you needed to be out of the house, and for how long, based upon the types of stains and chemicals he needed to do the work.
This is not hype, hire Chris to do your wood floors. I know I will.
My wife is a very happy customer...as am I. When momma is happy, the whole house is happy, and Chris made a difficult time worth it.
