Have been using them for about a year now maybe more. Always very punctual and their support staff is responsive and very good about working with us to reschedule when necessary. Overall quality is good - occasionally some missed spots but nothing very major and still worth it for all the things they do handle. They make the beds when sheets are left out - which I appreciate b/c some services will not do this. Price seems a bit high to me compared to what I've paid in other states but that could just be area and cost of being near the DC metro area.

They are pretty good, but no matter how many times I ask them to check for cobwebs, they don't. Also, it took several re-cleans for our bathroom. I'd find mildew on the day it was cleaned, but they've gotten much better in that regard.

The office staff I spoke with on the phone were very pleasant. The quote I received for a move-out clean for a 1,900 square foot house was 1.5-3.5 hours. When the cleaning staff arrived, they kindly informed me a full move-out clean would take at least 3 hours. I believe the representative I spoke with on the phone provided a somewhat unrealistic time estimate. It was very nice, however, to have the option to have the staff check-in after 2 hours and decide whether to have them stop where they were at or continue cleaning. The kitchen and bathrooms were most important to us, so the cleaning staff started with those areas first. Since those areas were completed after the 2 hours, we decided to stop and clean the remaining rooms ourselves.
The cleaning staff was very nice, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. They gave me ample time to walk through the house to look at the areas they cleaned and were more than willing to touch up any missed spots (which weren't many). The areas they cleaned looked great!
If you decide to pay by credit card, they will email you a form that you must complete, sign, and fax/email back. This was not mentioned prior to the day of service, but it wasn't a problem for me to return it the same day (just a heads up if you do not have a fax or scanner readily available). I received a receipt from the cleaning staff, but I received a call later from someone in the office who informed me that was the incorrect amount and I would receive an emailed receipt. I still haven't received it but have not had a chance to follow-up with them.
Aside from a few minor office issues, this was a great experience and I would certainly consider using Molly Maid again in the future.

I have used Molly Maids for years - many years. The ladies are the same every month so they know this house and any pecularities. They are very profesional.

It's a great feeling to come home from a long week and your home is clean one big relieve and a great feeling!

They did a very good job. The ladies were very nice. We will continue to use their service in the future.
