 + -1 moreNot good. $170.00 for house call to fix old clock which ran for 6 hours after he left and not $125.00 and I don't have my family heirloom.
Description of Work: Grandmother's mantle clock needed overhaul. Matt picked it up on 8/16/17 at our home and I paid him half of $250.00. He said it would be ready in 30 days. He supposedly has a health issue, he has closed his shop and has my clock along with other customers. He has not contacted me, so I have no idea what the status is. At this point I've lost a family heirloom, I'm out $125.00 and have no idea, when and if, I'll ever see the clock again. He seemed like a reputable guy, I guess only time will tell.

 + -1 moreMatt was incredible. He called right back. He advised me on how to get the big clock to an auction house, what to expect, how to transport it, what its most likely value was, how to crate it, and everything related to an antique clock...that I truly did not know.
