Not good. $170.00 for house call to fix old clock which ran for 6 hours after he left and not $125.00 and I don't have my family heirloom.

Matt was incredible.  He called right back.  He advised me on how to get the big clock to an auction house, what to expect, how to transport it, what its most likely value was, how to crate it, and everything related to an antique clock...that I truly did not know.
