Lumber Liquidators

Based on Lumber Liquidators recommendation, we used All Wood Flooring as our estimator and installer for our flooring. Either the installer or estimator made a big error, because they ran out of flooring on the installation day. I had to reorder TWO more boxes of flooring and had to wait 2 weeks for the installers to come back and finish my bathroom- 2 weeks with no toilet in that bathroom. Also, the installers did not install to the estimators specs and no transition pieces or thresholds were installed in my entire 860+ sq feet space. The floor is gapping and All Wood Flooring refuses to fix their mistake. I feel like I was taken advantage of by Lumber Liquidator by being blindly led to use All Wood Flooring. I thought I was getting a reputable installer but what I ended up getting was a company that has 16 complaints on the BBB. The employees at this Lumber Liquidators tried to help, but I recently received a letter from their company telling me this was not their problem and essentially to cease and desist. Bottom line- I'd buy flooring from Lumber Liquidators again, but I would NEVER use their installation services.

Delivery was at exact time as promised, and personnel (especially Billy and Kip) were friendly and professional in helping me to identify all the items I would need. Excess flooring purchased at the time, in an effort to ensure the color was the same throughout, was graciously accepted upon returning unopened boxes, followed by a company refund.
