Lowes could not install the equipment on the scheduled delivery date 8 Dec because they did not have the pedestals. We rescheduled for the 14 Dec at around 0730. On 14 Dec the crew arrived in the early afternoon and broke the water fixture. This meant they had to turn off the water. They returned to Lowes to get the part returning after 10pm to fix the item they broken. The bought the wrong part so had to get the part at a regular plumbing store. They said they would return on the 15th to fix the problem. After waiting all day no one came or called. I will remind you the house was without hot water. The fix they put in place caused a link which resulted in possible water damage to the house. On Monday, 16 Dec Lowes showed up with the wrong part again and did not fix the water. The 17th my wife went down to Lowes to confront them with the issue. The made assurances but nothing happened. My wife then called the regional manager in the evening because it seemed as if Lowes had forgotten the problem. The regional manager agreed to fix the water damage. The morning of the18th a plumber shows up and repairs the damaged plumbing. A total of 4 days to repair damage. As of the 19th we still have a new washer and dryer setting in our living room uninstalled.
