The windows were put in incorrectly. They did not pay attention to detail. I had to have them come back out to repair the molding and windowsills that were incorrectly installed. It was not a good experience. The windows themselves were fine. The store was really good, but I did not think the installer was. I will not use them again for windows.

Working with Lowe's and Pella was a nightmare. The price is competitive but if there are problems with Lowes they communicate well. Pella on the hand doesn't communicate with us. The doors were painted and sprayed and did not look the way we wanted it. It looked sloppy and we were not happy and had to send them back. Lowes is disconnected from Pella in their communication. We ended up having a rep from Pella to come in after the second set was installed. After a couple months we have to go back and complain to Lowes. They problem still hasn't been fixed they still haven't followed up. There is a lack of communication on both sides.

Their prices are lower than other places.  I get a 5% extra discount for using their credit card.  When I return something there I don’t have to produce the receipt because they scan your card and save code of the merchandise you purchase and they can see it there.  They give further discount later.
