We recently closed on the sale of our home in Northern VA, and Liz Pierson has been the best real estate professional we have ever worked with. Even before we listed with her, Liz provided us with not only a comprehensive market analysis of our area, but also guided us in curb/home appeal and how to best stage our home to appeal to buyers. She was our eyes and ears on the property; and when we couldn?t be there, she was.  She held multiple open house presentations and constantly solicited feedback from potential buyers and their agents.

Once a contract was in place, Liz didn?t sit back and relax. She kept us up to date daily on all pre-closing activities, such as the appraisal and various inspections and worked with the buyers? agent to ensure that all contingencies were cleared. The closing was smooth without a single glitch! In short Liz has held our hand ? before, during, and after ? as she continues to follow up regarding deed recordings, etc.

Liz provided a very comforting experience for a couple who was very nervous about selling our house in this sketchy real estate market. 
We simply cannot recommend Liz Pierson highly enough!
