It was good. They're reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and professional.
My daughter took the vehicle she drives in for an alignment to another tire service company. She received an excessive estimate, from that tire company. That store included excessive repairs (cam-bolt replacement, multiple tie rod replacement). The estimate from that shop was $680.00.
My daughter then took the vehicle to Little Tire. Little Tire was extremely busy, but did their best to work her in. They had to replace one tie rod, due to it being frozen and hard to remove, but did what was required to get the vehicle safe and road worthy and did not add on any additional, unnecessary repairs.
Little tire will be our service provider for all alignment and suspension repairs for the future.
