They never answer the phone and don't call you back when they say they will do so "as soon as possible". How can you schedule an appointment without confirming with the customer and not answer the phone or call them back? They charged me $125 for not even showing up! I am fighting it with my home warranty company. This is fraud.

We recently bought a house and after 1 week the garage door opener separated from the bracket on the door. A home warranty was part of our contract and they sent Lake Anna Doors out. The springs in the system were probably the original and weren't any good. Fixing the bracket that had partially ripped of the door took a little ingenuity due to the manufacturer of the door and how their doors are engineered. I'm horrible with names so I can't remember the name of the guy that came out, but he looked it over and broke down what was going on. Within an hour or so everything was fixed. I would hire Lake Anna Doors again.

They did a good job. They guy was nice and professional.

My garage door cables came off and the door was crooked. I called and left a message because it was early morning and they were closed. Shortly after they opened I got a call from Jerry. Jerry said he would come out before he headed to NOVA for his other calls. He arrived and was simply great! He had my door fixed and running better than before it broke! I paid $75 for the service call and I got a complete maintenance check on the door and opener! He now has a customer for life! I'm even having my parents call them from now on too!

He got it to work really well, and did a lot of little things to get it working.

Best company for garage door work, and we will only use Lake Anna Garage Doors from now on. Sent by AHS, our home warranty company, to replace the failing light socket on our 22-year-old Lift Master garage door opener. Fixed that immediately, having brought the correct part.

Also fixed other problems that we had not been able to get fixed by other companies, so that everything works perfectly now. Here's what their pro did, above and beyond what was required: 1. Although two other companies had not been able to fix this, he corrected a problem that was making the garage door reverse sometimes on the way down, when nothing was in the way. The downward pressure needed to be increased, which he diagnosed and fixed. The garage door has had no problems since. 2. Moved outside keypad that was too close to new garage door frame to close properly. 3. At my request, he ordered a new light cover for the unit, as the 22-year-old one was cracked and yellowed. They charged only $13 for the cover, and when it came in he brought it to our home, while in the area, and installed it.

Our cost was the $75 AHS service fee, plus $13 for the light cover, totaling $88. This is the type of perfect expert service that everyone wants, and sometimes we can't find it. For garage doors, we've found it in Lake Anna Garage Doors.
