Particularly good customer service from Megan, who kindly and promptly ensured that I received the credit due from the renogiatiated contract.  The vacuum is not cheap, but it is very good and we are happy with it.  We plan to shampoo our own carpets with it from now on and stop spending money on inferior carpet cleaners.
