They were very professional, moved everything carefully, and left us happy with the move.

Overall, the move was a success. Of note, there were more broken items when we unpacked our boxes than we have had with any other move. Also, towards the end of the unload, tempers flared between the movers and professionalism plummeted.
The movers were pleasant and had good manners, for the most part, handled our possessions carefully.

We moved through an Army PCS with the Kloke Group so we did not pay for their services. It was a local move in the Hampton Roads area. They scheduled three days for the move, two for packing and two for moving (half day of each in the middle).
The company sent two packers for two days. The people they sent refused to work past four pm and never finished packing everything. They left many, many things unpacked and their inspector refused to arrive at the same time, so we could not get them on base. The inspector did not attempt to come after the first day, which I believe affected their motivation to do a good job. Their content marking on boxes are not accurate, and we are still looking for things. Some boxes were left unmarked completely, although they all appear to have been delivered. The packers broke a floor lamp and did not tell anyone and left a large stain on the carpet, again without mentioning it.
Kloke did not send enough movers to complete the move on time, so one of them had to come on his day off the day after they were scheduled to finish. They sent three movers on day two, and moved some of our items (one truckload) that day. They had even more items to deliver on day three, but for some reason only sent two movers. After they were supposedly complete, we found a half truckload worth of items still in and around the house. For instance, they left our patio table on the back deck and a very expensive rug just folded on the floor in an upstairs bedroom.
Overall, I cannot recommend this company. Their personnel were nice, but simply not efficient enough and Kloke did not adequate staff this move.
