Arrive when they say they will, communicate every aspect of the job clearly and are open and upfront on pricing. He worked me into his schedule, he was working 12 hour days but fit me in, He came out twice to fix, he came in early Monday morning, he came back to help with the thermostat to re set. Just absolutely phenomenal customer service.

Received the lowest bid from Chris who installed a new furnace and air conditioner system. Dennis, the owner of the company, scheduled my installation when Tammy was out of the office. Chris did a much better job than another company I had previously hired and then fired for incompetence. Chris was thorough, knowledgeable, respected my property, and did the job right the first time. I appreciated that he programmed my thermostat so I didn't have to read the manual first. I highly recommend Kingdom Air. The staff is courteous, professional, and treat you like family.

Kingdom Air responds almost immediately which is what you want when your HVAC unit is out, it's 93 degrees outside and a holiday weekend! It's also terrific that the staff knows you personally, you're more than a customer to them. Chris is familiar with our unit and Tammy is on top of things with scheduling and billing. They are responsive, polite and professional. What else would you want?

Chris and Tammy were very responsive. Upon request, they provided a number of estimates along the spectrum of size/quality/features. Their estimates were typically $1,000-$2,000 lower than other estimates we received. When another firm came in at the same cost, Kingdom adjusted their estimate to come in $500 lower. After I agreed to their estimate, I changed my mind on the thermostat (wanted the wife version that you can control from a phone app), and they made the adjustment without any problems. So far the customer service has been great. Chris and helper arrived on time on the morning of the installation and completed everything by 2:30-3:00, taking everything away and leaving the house/yard as they found it. Tammy called back a couple of days later just to ensure everything was OK.

During some of the coldest weather in December, Chris installed my new unit in our crawl space. I was ready for a bigger unit. He was professional, knowledgeable and fast. Tammy, gave me financing options and helped me decide which unit I could upgrade to, based on the square footage of my home. A great experience, and I highly recommend these local pros!

I couldn't be happier with the outcome of having Kingdom Air do the gas furnace and air conditioning at my home. Their customer service is beyond outstanding. Chris was an unbelievably excellent, courteous and highly professional technician who even went the extra mile to find me savings on the overall project. The folks at Kingdom Air even referred me to another company in relation to some other projects I need to complete. I hired that company on the spot for my upcoming roofing and deck projects. I have lived in this area (and this house) for 22 years now and I have gone through all sorts of horror stories in simply trying to find reputable, honest and professional contractors and services through the years. I will definitely tell you that there are absolutely no worries at all about those sorts of things happening with Kingdom Air. They are without doubt the very best company I've come across in all of my time here. I would give them higher that 5 Stars on this rating if I could and so you will know that this is a serious review, just ask Kingdom Air to put you in touch with me about your upcoming project and I'll be more than glad to correspond with or talk to you. I'd say that if you want to save yourself some time, effort and possible, "searching headaches," simply go with this company right out of the gate.

Very courteous , very knowledgeable , showed me the problem with my furnace and explain what had caused the outage before making the repairs. Chris was friendly, informative and very respectable. Tammy was very courteous, informative and call me back an hour before the tech arrived. Great People to work with and their pricing was very good. The gentleman that completed the repair to my air conditioner was knowledgeable and did not mind answering the many questions I had regarding my air conditioner repair. He completed the work fairly quickly and, after he completed the repair, tested everything to make sure the system was operating effectively. I would definitely contact Kingdom Air for future projects.

Everyone from Tammy in the office to Chris the installer was extremely helpful, polite, professional and knowledgable. We are very happy with the efficient and fast service. I highly recommend this company.
