Excellent!! If you had an A+ rating, I would use it for every category. All the brush was removed along with the fallen and cut down trees. Where the machine chewed up some of the grass, they spread grass seed and covered it with straw. It took 2 and a half days to do it all and the price was reasonable.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work that was done by the Lamb Team! They cleaned up all the brush, cut the wood and told me they would have another group come get it later; even if they don't, it is split so I can use it in my wood stove when the weather gets colder! Great Job Guys!!

The workmen were top notch, performed work rapidly, cleaned up after themselves and removed debris.

Contacted Mr. Lamb's company, and it took him a few days to return my call. When I requested an estimate to remove three trees I receieved a detailed written estimate, and was provided references. I prefer this approach vs. the folks that cruise neighborhoods looking for business. Received two addidtional estimates from competitors and chose Mr. Lamb. He completed the contracted services and did an excellent job cleaning up debris. He did not damage any of the surrounding shrubs or trees.

He was outstanding and prioritized his projects, in which he came out the next day to take down the tree. Also, he was very efficient and his crew was very careful with the existing landscaping. In terms of punctuality, he came on the exact time that he said he was going to come.

I have used Ken Lamb to remove a total of four trees on two separate occasions. My only complaint would be that the second time, I had a difficult time reaching him by phone after getting the estimate and agreeing to the work. I had told him that I was not in a hurry to have the trees cut down, so it wasn't that big a deal. He gave me a much better price on removing the trees than other local companies.

From the outset Mr. Lamb had problems. His older truck (I think a 70s series) lost a piece of clutch linkage and caused delays until repaired. Then, he had a lady that wanted a tree moved nearby and he left my job site to move one tree causing further delays. Once the trees were transplanted I never saw Mr. Lamb again. I called him numerous times during the spring because the trees were exhibiting signs of stress. I left messages with his receptionist but he would not return my phone calls. I lost all 19 trees that summer and received no assistance from Mr. Lamb. Afterwards I talked with several arbors and professors of forestry at 2 Universities. All stated it is impossible to transplant whites oaks that have been surviving in a forest and that any arbor should have known so and advised me that the trees would not survive. Mr. Lamb gave very bad advice and I would not recommend him for transplanting trees. Should anyone desire his services to transplant a tree they should insist upon the survival of the tree for one entire growing season or a no cost replacement service in the contract.
