I highly recommend them. Previous culvert pipes failed and stream came out of bed in heavy rain, destroying much of driveway. I tried five other contractors to get quotes. J.L. Kent were most responsive. Professional, on time, kept to the cost they quoted plus were able to accommodate additional needs that arose. Estimator Robert Mitchell was punctual, professional, and quickly provided a detailed quote. The site supervisor David Ellington and shovel operator John were friendly, honest, and easy to work with. They limited how much new rock I had to buy by incorporating existing materials. They were very understanding of our need to keep within budget. The price may seem high but it was big job and we definitely got our money's worth. It now looks great!
