The fellow is really just coming into the area so he is kind of new. He is not only competitive on pricing but he does an extremely good job. He has been great. He is prompt and courteous. My yard has always looked fantastic. He has only been at this for about 2 years. His last name is Lara and his first name is Juan. He has been doing a super job. He has just been absolutely fantastic for what he was able to do with my yard. His charge depends on the yard, but for mine in this area he was at least 50 percent under all the other quotes I was getting. He is just an honest person, not trying to create this artificial spike in the price where you have to ask yourself if you really wanted to pay somebody that much. Some of the quotes that were coming in were at least 50 percent over. These may have been businesses that had been in longer, but I don't understand how they could have done a job as well as he did. He really did a great job and he also charged me what I thought was a fair price. I never saw any grass on my driveway or my sidewalk or anything after he was done.
