The worst of the worst of any contractor hired to do work. Phil is a person who’s word and name are of no value and cannot be trusted. All lies throughout project in regards to timeliness and craftsmanship. I would not recommend for hire to do any work around any home! Work and or Services were paid for but have never been completed and still waiting for refund since 2021.
