I'm a Real Estate and they do a fair amount of work for my clients. I refer them out, he's dependable, honest, usually the best price, and usually gets the work done the fastest. I usually give my clients 3-4 names, but, they choose him.

Mr. Perkins, the owner, was prompt, extremely thorough, and professional. He cleaned up after himself and was so very nice. He paid so much attention to detail.
