I chose Homebuyer's Title and Escrow because of convenience (they are located in the same building as my realtor's office), but will use them again because of their performance. I had a long period of time between signing the contract and closing and Homebuyer's took that time to be proactive and diligent in preparing my paperwork. In that time, they discovered an Undisclosed Deed of Trust on the home and notified my realtor. She in turn notified the seller's agent, who notified the seller's title company. They didn't know about it yet and hadn't taken any action to solve the issue at that time. In the end, my closing was STILL delayed because the seller's title company made a few mistakes in acquiring the necessary paperwork, but Homebuyer's was ready and waiting the whole time, prepared for my closing. It was an excellent lesson on how the right company can make all the difference in these scenarios. I am sure that if Homebuyer's was representing both me and the seller, I would have closed on time. They were thorough, professional, and at closing provided a wealth of information on what I was signing. It is worth mentioning, I had a family friend who works as a transactional lawyer look over my final HUD-1 to see if there was anything that looked unusual. He said it all looked consistent with no unnecessary charges or fees. In fact, he was surprised at how much I was getting back at closing.

I was frustrated with my credit union, but the staff at Homebuyer's Title jumped through hurdles to make my closing happen. I am very happy with the staff at Homebuyer's Title. If you want the job done right, with excellent customer service, and good price, this is the company you want to use.

I called Homebuyers with a question about obtaining a certificate of satisfaction for a lien. Even though I had never before done business with them, they answered my questions in depth,offering information, clarification, and assistance. I was even told that if I did the legwork, they would provide paperwork- free of charge! As it happened, my situation was a little complicated, and I chose to pay for a title search. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I would highly recommend this business.

I've used them several times in the past. They were excellent. They were easy to work with. They made themselves available to me. They explained everything step by step. They were very friendly. They made the loan process very easy. Their prices were comparable. I would definitely use them again.
