Description of Work: Replaced a rotting support on the outside of my sunroom. Also replaced and painted a four foot piece of trim on the outside of the sunroom.

+ 0 moreHorrible. this vendor is not responsive. we ended up having to find another contractor to do the work so Hand COnstruction Co. missed out on $20,000 worth of work.
Description of Work: We contacted this vendor to do some interior and exterior remodeling approximately $20,000 worth. He did an initial estimate and we went back and tweaked his proposal a bit because he had double bid a few things and we have added and removed a few things. We sent a proposed final statement of work for him to give us final proposal and he never responded back to us. I called hime twice and emailed him once asking for a response and all I got was "I am getting to it. and will get back to you." But we never heard from him again. I wasted several hours of my time getting the job definition right.
