The first time they did work for me, the result was excellent, timing was good, no problems. When I called 3-4 years later for another job, it was extremely difficult to get hold of them--no return calls, etc. I learned later that there were some company problems. I finally reached them to refinish a table w/water spots earlier this year. The first try did not match the other tables in the set, but they redid the first refinish at no cost. I was very pleased with the end result, which was an excellent match for the matching tables. I would definitely call them for another job.

George was friendly, chatty and professional. I left George a voice message and described my seven wooden chairs problems. He called back, set an appointment to evaluate and price the work. George picked up the chairs and repaired them while I was on vacation and returned the chairs when I returned. We inspected the work before payment. Exceptional job.

The service tech came to my house to inspect the problems with the recliner in the sofa, Upon inspection he noticed that the mechanism was broken and needed to be replaced. This was a Lane Reclining sofa and was out of warranty, I contacted GET Furniture per thereferral from the Furniture Company. The service tech showed up at the time he said he would. He ordered the mechanism, and once it arrived he contacted me and then came back to the house to install it. The repairs were made to my satisfaction, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. I would highly reccomend him for oyur furniture repair needs.I felt the cost was very reasonable for the time and the travel.
