Prompt attention to problem. Excellent attention to detail. Deiivered when promised

I brought the car in on Wednesday, at closing, for completion by end of Business on Thursday.
Due to a snow storm the delivery was delayed until Friday Afternoon.
The car was as clean as the first day we picked it up from the dealer.
Polished exterior and every edge cleaned.
The Interior was crisp and clean with no sign of the large Chocolate Pudding on the Passenger carpet.
At delivery I looked at every location, Under Hood, Door interior frames, window edges and Trunk
Their work easily passed my extended inspection.
The Job was well done in a courteous and professional manner.

While my husband was out of town for the week, I took his extremely dirty car (inside and out) to Express Auto Spa. I was more than pleased with the result and to say they did an outstanding job is an understatement. The car was shining, spotless and looked almost brand new - even though the car is 7 years old. He was speechless when he returned home and saw his car - and very pleased!
I am a detail person and I could not find one thing that they missed or didn't clean properly. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs auto detailing. I also will return with my other car.
The staff was pleasant, helpful and proud of their work. They should be, because it was quality work.

. I should add it was a lite rain falling and told her I was more interested in getting the inside done and I was the only customer there. I paid for a basic car wash and wanted the inside detailed, she said to get the inside done it was $30. When it was done I gave a tip, and opened the door to see the dash was dirty. It looked like they had run one hand across it, the same with the doors, console and did not do the back seat or window. The floor still had sand everywhere. When I complained they wiped the dash said they couldn't do the door because of the texture and the floor would require that they would have to change nozzles to much and that would cost extra. I said I would never use them again, she said sorry I felt that way and went back inside. I would not recommend them to anybody.
